The staff was awesome. Big shout out to TEAM 5 NORTH. GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT SUPPORT. VERY UNDERSTANDING ESPECIALLY CAUSE MY HUSBAND IS AWAY ON DEPLOYMENT AND HE WASNT ABLE TO BE WITH ME THESE 4 DAYS THAT I HAD TO BE HOSPITALIZED. ONCE AGAIN THANL YOU TEAM 5 NORTH.
Growing up I went to Balboa for care, now as an adult/retiree I can take my children. This past weekend my daughter was extremely ill so I took her to the ER, due to her illness we were admitted to the PICU/2E. The care my daughter received from the Dr's, nurses and corpsman were TOP NOTCH. They were very thorough in their care, all while keeping my husband and I informed. Everyone is very friendly & informative! The rooms in Labor & delivery as well as post partum are very nice & spacious.
In the case of my husband who has multiple medical conditions, his short stay in NMCSD has been very , very pleasant.
Mri....... 20 min long. My MRI tech, Jonathan was outstanding.
