I was a civil service employee at NMCSD for 16 and half and I've seen the Outstanding Service that they have given to each and everyone of their Patients. I've worked on a inpatient ward for those 16 and half years so I've seen first hand how the Outstanding/Awesome Care Our Patients get.
Customer service is failing. Automated telephone messages are no substitute for actually talking to a patient. I, like many, cannot have my cell phone with me at work due to security reasons. I received a very rude voicemail message from the staff at NMCSD criticizing me for not answering my phone or returning calls. This is absurd because I have attempted to call the same department many times and have never been able to get a human being to answer the phone.
