The ED was beyond amazing last night. My son came in with a dislocated elbow and was in obvious pain. The staff was patient and kind. They took their time to diagnose and treat him ( double and triple checking to make sure he was getting the correct treatment) I can't say enough wonderful things about the ER doctors and nurses, as well as the ortho team, cast room and radiology department. A JOB WELL DONE!

Mixed feelings as I am also a Registered Nurse, so my views are a little biased. My husband was recently seen for a patellar tendon repair. Long story made short, I felt the communication could have been better. I had to continuously check on him in PACU as the hours ticked on, and the responses I received were very vague. One nurse in particular by the last name Vogel was less than pleasant or helpful, offered no support or explanation of his status in PACU, and pretty much left me with no answers.
