I love this place and it's free,t00.I call in and go to the drive through to pick my refills and get out.The amount of time spent on waiting for a new prescription is reasonable.Very organized,scan the military id,pick a number and chill.
I am not complaining, it used to be 2 to 4 hours of wait in the old days. I gave them a 3 star because some of the person's working at the pharmacy think they are better than you and talk down to you....
The pharmacy has got to get better the numbers are not called in order they are all over the place that is the only draw back of going there but that's the price of not having to pay for medication
I'm by no means new to the military healthcare system..but I am, however, new to the "Navy" healthcare system..and I must say, this place is a zoo. When there's less than a dozen people waiting in the pharmacy, you're still going to spend over an hour waiting to get called to a window to start the process and then sit for about 20-30 minutes to get called back up to complete the process.
