Recommendedfast and friendly staff all the time
The health clinic side is mostly good. I'm here to review the pharmacy, which is terrible. The phone is ALWAYS busy, and the system hangs up on you if it is busy. I have called so many times and have not gotten through once in the past ~8 months. Just today, I went through the drive-thru to pick up refills that were supposed to be completed by 10am yesterday (refilled through Tricare Online last Friday.) I've been to many clinics over the years and I am impressed with the nursing staff, doctors, lab, radiology and everything with the exception of the pharmacy. Who has time to waits hours for a prescription? And I'm not exaggerating when I say hours. I called in a refill on an existing prescription and the drive through line was so long I left. I have had the best treatment as a civilian spouse of a late US Air Force Retiree. I have used the Naval Pharmacy for 21 years to have my script drugs filled. My military id card has been good a real blessing to me since my late husband passed away 15 years ago. Thank you one and all. 6/3/2019

Over all the Nws is amazing but some of the doctors who are hired out really need to listen to the patients and not look at them as a claim on insurance
