By far worst experience I've ever had when it came to a pharmacy, checked in as soon as they opened. No one else waiting and I still sat around for 45 minutes only for them to tell me that they do not have the medication. I need awful service
I’ve had to pick up two prescriptions from here and both times the wait one has been about 2 hours. Mind you there’s been 3 other people waiting,not busy at all. In the middle of my wait the second time they put up a poster facing away from everyone saying they’re having difficulties, I waited my second hour and then went up to the window where she rudely told me to go read the sign… yall need better staff and to get your shit together because I could’ve nicely waited if I was just politely informed, but no?
They are constantly sending people to Miramar medical facility to get seen because they dont have any “appointments” or “sick call” do we just need to go straight to Miramar for our problems since CLEARLY this clinic cant/wont deal with it? I would much rather save my gas & time going straight to Miramar rather than come down to 32nd st just to go back up.
Daughter is on orders to Naval Station San Diego. She went to sick call and was told they could not treat her pink eye because she had to be seen by an optometrist (first available appointment is over two weeks out). Is there something wrong with Navy Medical doctors making them too inept to treat a condition most PCMs (civilian, army and Air Force) can treat immediately with antibiotics?
