The staff is very nice and polite, however the lack of urgency is honestly bizarre. There is absolutely no reason it should take two hours to pick up a prescription when there are only about five people waiting. The process is painfully slow and disorganized. I would strongly recommend having your prescription sent elsewhere unless you’re prepared to spend hours of your life waiting, time you’ll never get back.

I’m really disappointed with how slow the pharmacy staff is. I had to wait far longer than expected for a simple pickup, and their lack of urgency or organization was frustrating. Because of the delay, I had to return to work late and make up the lost time. It’s not the first time this has happened either. If you're on a schedule or have other responsibilities, be prepared to wait. Definitely not efficient.

By far worst experience I've ever had when it came to a pharmacy, checked in as soon as they opened. No one else waiting and I still sat around for 45 minutes only for them to tell me that they do not have the medication. I need awful service

I’ve had to pick up two prescriptions from here and both times the wait one has been about 2 hours. Mind you there’s been 3 other people waiting,not busy at all. In the middle of my wait the second time they put up a poster facing away from everyone saying they’re having difficulties, I waited my second hour and then went up to the window where she rudely told me to go read the sign… yall need better staff and to get your shit together because I could’ve nicely waited if I was just politely informed, but no?
