Waited almost an hour for pharmacy to fill prescription because they don't do it ahead of time.
Have been on hold for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Started at 9th and been on hold for over an hour at 2nd place. I'm starting to believe they don't answer and the 7 people before me just decided to hang up instead of waiting another 2 hours...
If you are a Brown person, please request to go to a civilian for care. They do not care about you, they don’t listen to you. They misdiagnose me so many times. Run far away from those PCM. They are the reason I have so many health problems. Misdiagnose.
