I am extremely happy with the medical side and check in at medical. The check in system in pharmacy is horrible. If you can afford to get your prescriptions outside in town or from expresscritps, I would definitely suggest doing that.
They will call to cancel on the morning of your appointment. They can surely do better than this. A day's notice should be a minimum.
One of the worst facilities in the navy. Many of the complaints listed in other reviews are still 100% valid. Appointment cancellations on day of. Limited doctors. Phones don’t get answered. Phone trees are broken. Clearly they know you have no where else to go and take full advantage of this fact. Service members should be better than this .
