Recently had a wool woven rug cleaned by these folks, and they did a great job. Each time I called, they answered the phone and were happy to answer questions I had. Friendly service at a fair price means I'm happy I'll never have to bother with trying to wash a rug myself at home anymore. Thanks!
Highly Recommended! Zack is awesome. I was given some vintage rugs that I want to sell and was wondering if they were authentic Navajo. I called Navajo Rug Company and Zack answered the call right away. He offered to look at images of the four rugs and let me know if they were authentic. I texted pictures and later that night I received a text advising one rug is Duhri from India and the other ones are Mexican. I’m so grateful for the help. I highly recommend Navajo Rug Company.
