We had a small leak from one of our toilets in one of our public restrooms so we called Nautilus to come and fix it. The staff seemed friendly enough when we reached out and made an appointment for them to come during the day we were closed. Mark (I think) came out and said it was a problem with the drain and did the hydro and it was 650 to get it done (way more than I usually pay which is about 450 but I wanted to try them out). RecommendedYes! Very experienced. He came to our building and was sitting in the conference room as we explained we had this weird noise coming from the ceiling. He listened carefully and completely diagnosed the problem with the timer on the fan or something... just an incredibly gifted, hard working man, very skilled and very trustworthy.
