Visit: 7/10/25 Spa was beautiful and extremely relaxing. Jodi the spa attendant was so kind! However, when I come to the 4 seasons (especially for the price) I am expecting near perfection! The reason I am taking off stars is due to 2 reasons: 1: I opted for a massage in the outdoor hale. My masseuse left the room to allow me to undress. My mom and I had such an incredible time at the spa. First of all, it was extremely clean. The floors, bathrooms, changing rooms and common areas looked like we were in a museum. Everything was just pristine. Our massage therapists were also so nice. They were warm and inviting and were there for us from the time we arrived, to the time that we left. I recently visited the spa, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The atmosphere didn’t live up to expectations—and the food ordered from the spa menu was terrible. To top it off, the sparkling wine served in a can was surprising and quite disappointing, especially for a Four Seasons property. It felt out of place for such a high-end establishment. Warning: Prepared to feel fat shamed. I’m a true size large, but the employees were insistent on giving me a gigantic thin gray robe, while every other person in the spa was wearing a white terry cloth robe. Some larger than me. When I had asked to switch robes after my treatment and told them specifically I wanted a Terri cloth robe they ignored my requests and tried to give me a gray one again and said I would be “cooler in it.” Being singled out this way definitely does not feel good after finally allowing myself to be pa... read more
