I got a massage here over Memorial Day weekend and it was the best part of my vacation to Oahu.
While staying at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, I booked a massage at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. The entire experience felt peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly well done from start to finish. The facility itself is lovely, however there were a few details that left me not wanting to return. The “spa attendant” had such a brutish demeanor that trying to enjoy the facilities was less than relaxing. I witnessed her getting on to multiple groups for being too loud, none of which were actually disturbing anyone. If your rooms can’t handle quiet conversations maybe think about addressing some sound proofing measures. I wrote a more in-depth review on the hotel's page, but I see that 3 years ago someone named Wes Webb left a review that mirrored my exact experience yesterday and I cannot believe it hasn't been fixed yet: when you book a couples massage on their website, it only books one person. So, you will show up to your couples massage and be told that only one person can participate & that two massage therapists are not available.
