Naughtons is a locally owned family business that is my go-to for air-conditioning parts and service. Their sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. Next time you need AC or Evaporative Cooling shop Naughtons first!
Worst customer service ever! We bought a swap cooler and paid for it to be installed. We had problems from the get go.The subcontractor came out and gave us a quote. We paid and a week went by, we never heard back from them. After numerous calls and no return calls, installers showed up. The swamp cooler was installed wrong with faulty wiring.
