I just wanted to give Michelle Fowkes and Joanne Fowkes a five star review for all the hard work and amazing customer service that they do. They go out of there way to help us in anyway they can. They are amazing at what they do!
Love this company. Have an annual contract and always happy to renew. Had an issue with what we thought was rats. I had sealed a hole and set traps, but still heard something. Was advised in advance of a charge to locate and set traps. Sean came out, did a complete inspection and said I had likely sealed the correct hole and the traps I set were what he would have set. He said to call if we heard the rats again. I asked for an invoice and he said, "just an inspection, no charge'. Wow, how great is that.

Robert always provides clear and reasonable information, Michelle and Joanne work with me on scheduling. They are polite and organized. Rob is always on time and courteous to our tenants.
