RecommendedI just want to let everyone at this company know that I have never been more pleased with a pesticide company than I am with NaturZone. When this issue at my home 1st started, I had a severe infestation of roaches from a busted cast iron pipe and a horrible infestation inside and outside of my home of spiders. The service is top notch. Our service tech is Anthony and he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with his every visit.
Technician didn’t even do half of the house, we have dogs that were in two rooms and cats and one, he never asked for us to remove the dogs and cats so he could spray in those three rooms. They offered to come out and redo it, but they should have done it properly the first time. If I wanted a half assed job, I would have gotten the chemicals myself and did it myself. We have used NaturZone for 2 of our business complexes, for quite a while now, and are very pleased that we don't have a lot of complaints from businesses renting with us that the pest control isn't working and when there is a problem, I make a phone call and someone is there that day. The best part is that the pesticide they use is safe for all concerned.
Dee and Michelle are amazing. I've used them for several properties in the past and on-site where I am today!
