I walked in for a check-up and a cleaning, walked out with two filled cavities all in an hour and half. For someone like me who can't get to the dentist for "lack of time", I couldn't be happier with how I was serviced at Preferred Dental care. Thank you! For being so efficient!
I came on time, and did not have to wait. The process was almost painless. I was surprised and pleased
(Disclosure: I don't have insurance, so I can't speak to that aspect of the visit.) Like a lot of people, I have a horrible fear of dentists and will do everything possible to avoid going. That said, I thought the dentist, the hygienist, the billing coordinator, etc were excellent. Everyone took the time to explain each component thoroughly. My dental experience was pleasant but there was a major scheduling error. I was given a 10:15 am appointment and the office did not open until 11. I received a phone reminder and an email notification confirming that this was my appointment time. This was very inconvenient, however, I appreciate that I was seen right away as soon as the office opened instead of having to take another day off from work.
Let's just say my teeth weren't in the best condition when I went in for my teeth cleaning. My teeth came out looking amazing!In just about 30 mins. the dentist was able to give me a wonderful clean smile. Thanks to the before and after pictures that were provided by the dentist I was able to truly gage the consequences of my bad flossing and brushing habits. I have been through this procedure a couple of times. Overall it seemed to have gone well. Waiting for the permanent to come in.
I was in and out in less than an hour which I really appreciate. The staff and dentists were extremely kind and attentive. Best service ever!
