Always a positive experience when I visit Preferred Dental. I feel the very staff really cares. Just had my first gum scaling and was a bit nervous about the procedure -- the process was very gentle and I was much relieved! On the road to better dental health -- cleaner gums and teeth, thanks to Preferred Dental.

Again, my experience at Preferred Dental was enjoyable. Who can say that about giong to the dentist! Your office and staff are welcoming & friendly. I am quite happy to have found a dental practice that I feel like I can stay with for years.

Amazingly good dentists, using up to the minute equipment. I've been their patient for nearly thirty years and have never had a less than excellent experience or outcome. A cheerful and very well organized practice, too.

Generally have very good appts @ Preferred Dental. The doctors/staff are nice and professional and seem to genuinely care about their patients. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait before an appt but that's the case w/ almost any medical office. A tad pricey but I checked and their prices pretty much match other dentists in the 5-boro area. Since I don't have dental insurance I was offered a payment plan w/ 0% interest that works w/ my income.

The first element that I look at, when I go to any office (especially a medical practitioner) is the cleanliness of the space. This one is extremely clean, one can tell the equipment is new and modern and clean, and comfortable. The dentists and hygienists also makes sure that everything is prepared and cleaned for the next patient. This past year I have been at Preferred Dental quite often that most staff members seem to all know my name, I was very pleased with the work performed.I want to give a special thank you to staff member Jelissa Bisono who always been extremely helpful when I was not understanding my work done or had insurance questions.
