The x-ray machine was defective in that I had to hold it myself in order to keep it from moving. The technician was very good, but I'd have preferred a flexible mouth insert because of my sensitivity to pain: the rigid insert was at times painful. Otherwise I was extremely pleased; the dentist himself was quick to realize that he didn't have to simplify his explanations to me, and I had no sense at all that he was "talking down" to me, which is very rare. I will surely recommend this place to everyone. My experience was great. Except I personally believe that during the treatment is going on the doctor must work at his fully concentration. In my case the doctor was distracting few times time by her colleagues which make me nervous.
Everyone is always smiling and try to make as comfortable as possible. The best dental care. Also very clean.
I had a wonderful experience having a cavity filled...who can say that?! I was taken care of by Dr.Rao who was extremely personable. I'm usually very nervous about needles and drilling, but he made me feel at ease. I had no pain during, or after the procedure. Thanks for everything!!!

The dentist and the assistant were so wonderful, caring and not to mention the funniest people! The atmosphere was very fun and that's a first for a dentist visit and they always made sure I was doing ok during the visit. I had to control my laughter while getting my post root canal work done because the dentist and the assistant were cracking me up. They were both great. I forgot that I was at the dentist!! This place makes me want to go to the dentist after trying to avoid going to a dentist for so long. Big thumbs up!!
The best dentist practice I have ever been too..
I had not visited a dentist for a long time, becuase i wanted to make sure that the office that a dealt with was right for me. I think i found it at PDC, the admin staff is very courteous, the dental assistants and the dentist are attentive and will take their time with you. The treatment is exceptional and the pricing is very reasonable, with or without insurance.
I have expirienced other dentals, but nothing compare to PREFERRED DENTAL CARE OF MANHATTAN.They do a good work and treat no only to your teeth but to the patient.
