Craig has been fantastic, I had serious gut issues and his detailed approach has been incredible. His patience with my progress has made sure stress is alleviated, especially while managing the Christmas season and fifo rosters. Craig has really helped me understand how important the food is that we feed our bodies. I came to him with a multitude of issues including low energy levels, brain fog, irritability, bloating and consistently soft stool. I visited Craig when 12 months ago when feeling unwell. I was feeling bloated and was overweight. I had a distinct lack of energy and brain fog.
