I bought my house 3 years ago and continued service with naturescape. Previous homeowner had 5fert, and 5 tree and shrub service for good price and I continued for 2years. 3rd year they want to double my price , said I was getting too good of a deal , sorry. What kind of scam are you running here. Continue the same service and similar rate and not double the price saying I'm getting too good of a deal.

This is a very unreliable company. They have made repeated appointments to care for my lawn and fail to show up. The one time they did show they only fertilized on the front lawn not the whole lawn as I contracted. Make sure you dont pay them in advance you will never get the service.

Bought our house 3 years ago. We were THAT house, the one with all the weeds. We tried the first year to fix it ourselves, and the second year we contracted with Naturescape (2 neighbors use them). Within the first year everything was reasonably under control, and this year our yard was beautiful!

We are into 3-4 years of service with Naturescape and have experienced nothing short of excellent service. Anytime we have had questions or needed a tweak on a lawn service our requests were addressed promptly. Their service professionals are just that.....professional, knowledgeable and courteous both in the field and from their office. We consistently are asked about our lawn care providers and our proud to say that we use Naturescape. My grass went from perfect to horrible within a year I started with Naturescape. What they call 100% Guarantee is throwing seed down and not following through. It wouldn't need seed if the applications were done correctly. I never had this issue before, even when I was putting the applications down myself. The only reason I went with them was because of HIP problems. My back yard looks horrible and they are not even trying to properly correct this problem. Very poor service! My grass never looked soo bad! I had called 3 times to have someone come out and cut my lawn and no one ever came!

We had Nature Scape treat our yard and the next day we noticed a yellow tint.we called And finally after grass was dead a tech showed up and treated it. We had to have front grass Replaced at the cost of 1200.00 We had already paid Nature Scape 278.00 to treat our yard for the season. So we feel they owe us 1478.00<br /> <br /> <br />

Two years of service with a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and my yard is in the worst shape ever. I was overbilled and when I disputed the charges, my services were put on hold without me being notified.Damage from zero turn mowers on slopes, weeds abounding, zero communication, paying premium prices for the most basic service...I have spent thousands paying them to ruin my lawn, and now I will have to pay thousands more to repair damage they inflicted.
