Well, after never blowing off the sidewalks and patio when treating the lawn, they aerated today, and ran the machine up and onto our patio, leaving tire marks and breaking the corner off of a paver and cracking two others. There are 20 toal affect by scratches or nicks. Additionally, they hit the fireplace. By far, the worst lawn service we have received. Not one of their techs has done the job correctly this summer.
I used Naturescape Lawn Care for the first time this year, and my lawn has never looked better. Even with all the rain and heat events of the summer, they timed their visits perfectly to keep my grass looking healthy and trimmed. AND, they were terrific about communicating what they were planning to do if it varied from the original plan. Thanks, Naturescape - you are fantastic!
Always super helpful and responsive, especially if there are any issues. Definitely seen an improvement in my lawn.
The customer service is top notch. If you have any issues they are a phone call away. The services are guaranteed so you can’t go wrong with them. I love Pam (customer service), she is so kind and helpful. Five Stars!!
I have not had any complaints regarding my service since switching from True Green. My son is considering switching too as he’s been having issues with True Green services.
