Absolutely horrible! It is June 20th and I’ve only had 1 treatment so far, my lawn is full of weeds. Do not recommend. Edit: It is now September 12th and services have not improved. I had contacted Naturescape on Aug 26th looking for an additional treatment as my weeds were not killed with the previous application. I was told they would send someone “as soon as possible”. Same complaints as all the others. Sept 8th and we’ve only had 2 applications. We had horrible service the last 2 years and decided to give them 1 last chance. Same terrible service. Will not be back. I have to ask myself, why not add more staff to service your customers? That tells me it’s not a very good place to work.
I have been using Naterscape for over ten years and will continue forward.. They are very reliable and dedicated to their customers. Jacob who this summer has cut my grass and trim and other lawn applications is exceptional and is very detailed oriented!!!! An asset to the company. Thank you Naterscape!!
When something needed to be corrected, they sent out a crew for free to correct the issue! Great quality, service, and commitment!
If I could give a zero star, I would... absolutely horrible service. I prepaid for 4 applications in December to receive a discount for the summer. As of August 6th, we have received only ONE application!! I am more than furious with their business practice.
