I have used their service for over 10 years and every year the service provided gets worse and worse. I have even caught them charging us for more acres than they were treating. The applications are not provided in a timely manner. This last year we had more crab grass then ever even after multiple applications. We’ve had to call every time to to find out when our next application is being applied for both us and my parents. Every year we get promise after promise that it will improve but it gets worse. Terrible service.
The tech came yesterday for winter fertilizer , can't see any fertilizer on the grass. Set way to low. Only did the lawn in the fenced area and left.didnt go around the fenced area which is easily designated as our lawn . Missed doing 1/3 of our lawn. Don't worry we will be going with another company next year. Will never recommend ..very disappointed. If I could give minus stars I would.
Their process killed way more weeds than a previous company. So thrilled to see my lawn coming back
Couldn’t be happier with the services provided. They are all very friendly, prompt and efficient. Even when I had a concern it was quickly addressed no questions asked. This is our first season and I look forward to many more.
Absolutely horrible! It is June 20th and I’ve only had 1 treatment so far, my lawn is full of weeds. Do not recommend. Edit: It is now September 12th and services have not improved. I had contacted Naturescape on Aug 26th looking for an additional treatment as my weeds were not killed with the previous application. I was told they would send someone “as soon as possible”.
