I have really bad anxiety and at Natures Way they do what ever they can to keep you feeling as comfortable as possible. Whether it's the aroma therapy going through the air our the first complimentary massage you are given, you always feel calm. Everyone is so thoughtful and are always trying to make sure that you are being taken care of.
Dr. Werner is the best dentist I've been to at every level: comfort, personal interaction, skill. Can't recommend him highly enough.
This dental practice is a totally unique experience. Every step of every procedure is explained to you, not only by Dr. Werner, but also by the dental hygenist. Everything is focused on the comfort of the patient, from the aromatherapy scent in the office, to the availability of a foot massage while you're getting your teeth cleaned, to you being asked how you feel every step of the way during a procedure. First dentist I've ever looked forward to going to. The dentist actually cares about a. your all-around health and b. your preferences. It's not about how much money they can get you to spend, but what's the best decision for you at that moment. Plus, who can complain about a hand or foot message during a routine cleaning? (And the FREE 60-minute massage as a first-time patient gift was hook-line-and-sinker.)
Undoubtedly a 5 star place! I just went back for the 3rd time for fillings and it was painless! I've always had anxiety with dental work- Nature's Way has absolutely changed this feeling. I recommend this place entirely. The people are kind, welcoming, and helpful. They have helped me better understand how to care for my dental and body health and are very encouraging. Might I also mention the awesome foot massage and Swedish massage perks!
This Place is FANTASTIC! From the moment you get there to the moment you leave you don't feel like your at a dentist at all. I was completely comfortable during my cleaning and exam and the dentist was very helpful and gave me a holistic approach to my dental care. I have very weak teeth and they helped get me on a program to help strengthen my teeth and hopefully have overall better oral health.
