This is by far the best pet store in Salem! ‘You’ are the most important person when you walk through their doors! They are very knowledgeable about ANY issue you might encounter with your pets plus, they have a wide variety of anything you might need. Definitely come here for your fur babies needs!
I am most likely one of the oldest customers of this salon to be writing a review. I have gone here to have my gorgeous dogs groomed every month for at least the past 5 years. They have to be the greatest group of individuals. I drove clear across towne for Christmas presents for my fur babies, it was my first time at Nature's Pet and it was amazing! Excellent customer service, wonderful suggestions for my breed and I can't wait for them to open their presents.
Great staff, which means…great business! I was so impressed with the quality of care after dropping our sweet girl to them (cockerdor 50lbs) they did an amazing job for just the quick wash service!! We added on nails, glands, and teeth cleaning. Well worth the price. All the staff we encountered were so kind and caring. Will definitely be our new place to take our dog & pick up some treats for her 😍 can’t wait to take her on a walk there.
I take my golden, Indi, for grooming at Nature’s Pet and we love it. She always returns to me happy, trimmed perfectly, and smelling wonderful! The prices are reasonable and the groomers are friendly. We will continue to come for future spiff ups!
