The folks at Nature's Own are great. I had my chimney cleaned by John. The office staff and John did a really good job making me feel comfortable and like a valued customer. They didn't try to sell me with scare tactics. I am pleased with everything.
Nature's Own Chimney came out and cleaned our chimney with no mess. They were very reasonable with the price also. Jason is a great technician and he was great at what he does. I am really excited to find a great company like this one. I had them come out and remove some birds from our chimney and clean our chimney. They delivered everything as promised.
We have a rental property in Dallas that was having some bad structural problems so I contacted John at Nature's Own and gave him the inspectors findings in which he gave me a price over the phone that was the best price. They came out the next day and did an amazing job.
They provide an exceptional service and are professionals at what they perform. I wanted to get my chimney inspected and swept before, the start of vacation. I wanted to have a check on it, as I am aware that chimney hazards are common if the venting system is not proper. Along with this I got my roof cleaned up as well. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
