Henry and Ryan are very knowledgeable about their job. Each of them took the time to explain what would occur during the service and both answered all of my questions. I'm showing the before pic and the one after the first cleaning. They explained why I need a second cleaning and I have already scheduled it. The price is "right" also. Very professional young men.

Went with Nature's Own based on a recommendation from a buddy of mine. They were highly efficient and communicative on and off the job. Such consistency!
Very dissapointed. Purchased a groupon for the chimney cleaning service. When I called to book an apt the person basically told me I wasn't going to get treated like a normal customer because I used groupon and booked me over a month out. (if your not going to treat groupon customers like normal customers, as we could turn into repeat customers, don't use groupon). Our recent chimney cleaning went very well. So well that I was compelled to write a review.. They provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done and how they would clean it. They answered all my husband's questions with ease. They did not leave a ridiculous mess behind like some companies do. Very impressed. Would hire again in the future
