Terrible at doing a gel X refill. Took 2hrs to complete. It shouldn’t take that long.Paid $70. 2days later my nail snapped in half. Had to get it fixed major inconvenience. Then a week later same nail broke again with another one. Called the salon today to ask for some type of credit back on my card. Cause I’m going to have to go get a full new set again and pay another $70 somewhere . And I shouldn’t need a new set of nails just after a week. I would’ve loved to rate this place better because i honestly had a great experience before. But this past time has been extremely jarring. I brought my friend so we can get manicures and pedicures. We checked in and immediately were given an attitude. They split us up even though they had chairs right next to one another available. The receptionist was so sweet and very thorough with my consultation. My toenail Artist and nail Artist did their best work on me! They made sure i liked the designs/colors every step of the way! I will be coming back, and I will be requesting for them! Great service and great hospitality. I give it a 10 out of 10!

First time here! Visiting from Reno & I really enjoyed the experience. The place is gorgeous and the staff are nice. My pedicure almost put me to sleep so you know it felt good! Must try.

Sadly, very inconsistent service. A new technician drilled a hole in my nail and then put acrylic over it. Was painful for weeks. Took months to heal. Very frustrated. Went here with my girls for years. Will not return.
