This is a great complex to live at. The Manager of the complex is great at her job! She keeps the property up to date and neat. She makes sure that all concerns of the tenants are taking care of in a timely manner. She makes sure that tenants fell safe and secure at the property. This is truly a place you can call home!
Having a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment with a caring property manager makes such a difference in feeling at home. It truly is a hidden gem when all those aspects come together. I love this place.
This community is truly a hidden gem! Convenient to shopping and dining with easy access to get anywhere else in town quickly. I have lived here approximately 9 months and have been very pleased. It’s quiet and extremely safe. The property is maintained well, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and management is very friendly and attentive. Utilities have been reasonable and rent is very fair considering all the above. It’s easy to see why units rarely become available.
I love my new place! I've been here a few months now and my expectations have been exceeded. Current management is friendly, courteous and quick to get any repairs or issues resolved. I would definitely recommend Nature Trails Apartments if you are looking for a clean, quiet and affordable place to live!
This place is not kid friendly at all. Management is crazy and verging on stocking. We paid on time. We were very clean and quiet. I lived on a military base for 6 years prior and had no issues with military base housing (and military housing black light the carpet when you leave and have housing/yard inspectors). But we didnt get our deposit back at Nature Trails because there was dust on the blinds? We happily moved to another location and have had no problems since!
