The floor is very nice and we are happy with it. We had some issues with the prep process. I filled out their survey, spoke on the phone with the install manager, wrote an email to the owner explaining our issue, and was completely ignored. The company does a great job at marketing and sales and install, but once the floor is in, they are not interested in following thru with the customers' issue.
The install went just fine and product looks great, however, the communication and scheduling of our install was fraught with confusion. We had to call multiple times and even then, were given incorrect information as to when our install was scheduled. If they could correct that part of their business, it would be a much smoother situation.
We had our garage floor re-surfaced 4 months ago with Nature Stone. Joshua was the sales consultant that gave us the quote and was great on working with us to shift the freezer around etc. We love the garage floor- huge improvement from the cracked and peeling concrete. We did need to have a repair made but that was handled quickly and looks great . Nature Stone has checked in with us multiple times to access our satisfaction with the product and service.
Nature Stone of Twinsburg installed the product over a one-car, oil-stained garage floor - and it turned out beautifully. The crew of two were done in just two hours and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Nature Stone as a solution to a problematic floor.
