Do not buy from this company - both trees they mailed us were dead and the company would not replace them or give us a refund.
Plants looked good when they arrived and have really came to life since they've been planted for a couple months now.
DO NOT buy plants from this company. 3 out of 5 trees we ordered arrived dead. The company does not care. When we complained to them, they quoted their "replacement policy," by which they would sell us replacements at half the current price. If the replacements failed to grow, there would be no further recourse. When we declined this "offer" and told them they were losing a customer, they did not care. Recommended course of action for any potential customer of Nature Hills Nursery: Find a company with better than a B- BBB rating; one that has a reasonable and fair replacement guarantee and whose customer service can’t be defined as “thick as manure and about half as useful”. I placed a late season order for seven roses totaling just over $300, including shipping. Unfortunately, they were dormant upon receipt with dried buds and branched falling off.
