I contacted NAC on Xmas Eve when our air-con unit played up. Unbelievably, Jeff got back to me that night and booked us in for the Wed morning. The task proved to be more difficult than expected as we have had renovations done recently and the unit had been lowered on the wall. Of course that affected the condensation drainage so he had to try and realign piping that was basically running uphill!
