The team of cleaners is excellent and personable.I have found Zen's owner *** to be 100% responsive to emails when i have a question or comment. *** also worked hard to fit me into their schedule - ours is crazy, so it took some work, but he did it, and we now have the team come twice a month. The entire family loves it.

Natural Zen Cleaning was thorough, prompt, and the cleaners were very friendly. We've used other cleaning companies in the past who seemed to rush through cleaning our home. I would always find things that they had missed or forgotten, but this is definitely not the case with Natural Zen Cleaning. Everything was cleaned as described on their website and they added nice little touches like organizing the inside of our pantry, which was not even part of the package that we purchased. The team at Natural Zen was very understanding about fitting in to my difficult schedule! The cleaning was amazing, and the aromatherapy smelled wonderful! Also, the chocolates they left behind weren't bad either. ;)

I contacted Natural Zen and within 10 minutes I received an email with details and an estimated quote. This was the first time we ever used a home cleaning service and it was amazing. I just did the ******* and we will definitely be using them again. They were so thorough, and I have to admit I have never seen my stove, fridge, and countertops so clean. I also loved the way they folded the towels, arranged cushions etc. to make it look really homey. I have used Natural Zen Cleaning to clean my home on two occasions. Both times, they did a nice job and were very professional. Once of the big differences between them and other services I have tried is how quiet and respectful the cleaning team is when they are in my home. Also, I have not found any areas that they did not clean properly. I did have to guide them in cleaning my stainless steel stovetop, so as not to scratch it.
