Nothing stress free about this experience which I bought from ************* as a package. It turned out to be very stressful from the scheduling issues, communication issues, and the worst customer service I have ever had from a cleaning service. They rescheduled last minute on business day prior then showed up over an hour early before the new time they had chosen. Natural Zen cleaning scheduled my appointment for 4:30. I am in a secured building, so someone has to be present to let them in. I took off work to be there and the cleaners did not show up. I called multiple times and did not get a response until 1 hour after the scheduled time. When the cleaning was rescheduled a large scuff/indentation was left in my flooring at the entryway. We used Natural Zen for a "whole house cleaning" prior to the holidays. We very very pleased with the quality of their work. Their team arrived on time and worked efficiently and thoroughly, doing a beautiful job. When they were finished, our home looked and felt so much cleaner. Their cleaning team were very polite and careful with our home and it's contents. We highly recommend them!
Wow wow wow! My house has never been this clean. Not the cheapest cleaning service, but so worth my ******! Hard workers: Their attention to detail was amazing: blinds cleaned, top of the fridge, all my cabinets wiped down, they even cleaned up where the kids had spilled *heaven knows what* on the stair railing. The aromatherapy is a warm touch. I've had cleaning services that were good, but didn't go the extra mile -- or provide the extra little touches of service... I am 100% impressed and will use them in the future.
I strongly recommend against this company. I saw the company had great reviews so, I decided to give them a try. I needed the extra hand given a busy year with moving and my mother passing away. Unfortunately, I was so busy I had to reschedule twice. The first time the owner "***" was very nice and understanding. The second time I had to cancel my email did not go through to them and I was charged $150 penalty fee. I explained to the owner what happened and he told that "any desent (sic) person would have canceled with them"... read more
