I used Natural Way West lawn chemical service for a few years. I decided not to use them this year and contracted and prepaid with another provider. Natural Way West came out to my house and did a fertilizer treatment anyway and then billed me for it. They said that they automatically renew all of their customers every year whether they want the service or not. Used them for 3 yrs and my lawn is horrible. I have large areas,about 3x3, that my grass is dead. My lawn is now very sparse all over. I have called them out several times and they offer no solution. Your grass will be beautiful and green in the beginning and end up dead. Their fertilizer mixture does not support you grass roots to be strong.
