Don’t go there! Farah has absolutely no respect for her clients and is extremely arrogant. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years and have even referred new clients to her, but the same issues continue: she’s constantly late, changes appointments, ignores calls and texts, and when she does answer, she has a rude and sour attitude. There is zero respect for her clients’ time and absolutely no accountability. After 15+ years of loyalty, I expected much better.
Farrah is honestly a rip-off. Her prices are too high, and when you book thinking she’ll be the one doing your hair, she’ll have another girl do it instead. She chooses which clients she wants to work on and passes the rest off. The vibe is unprofessional, and her daughter doesn’t know how to give clients space.
She’s very good great work very impressive.
I went there yesterday for a retwist and style, great job. Quick and beautiful style a place to chill and relax. I will return.
