Rating does not reflect the quality of work (stylist is very good at her craft). 3 stars because of the lack of respect for time. Appointment took 4.5 hours. It was clear there were double bookings. There was no conversation or apology to me that this was the case. Stylist stopped working with one client to begin another client. The stopped again during another client to continue working on the other client who arrived 2 hours after my appointment. Amazing first experience! Highly recommend for those looking for a Salon Home for curly hair
I was a little nervous trying this salon out because of all the 1-star reviews but it was a great experience! Karen was very professional. She saw me right on time and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I have curly, natural hair. Her daughters and granddaughter were there too and it was a nice family atmosphere. The space was clean and cute. Will definitely go back.
