Had another visit today. Patient and kind staff! Knowledgeable and empathetic provider! Very grateful for the service my daughter received.
Not a natural/holistic practitioner. New patient visit with nurse practitioner not doctor.

It was unfortunate Amy but the doctor was not well and we may had to reschedule with the PNP who has 20 years of experience.
Always the NP. I still haven’t met the doctor. Clueless nurses. I had to spell the meds for one. And today they closed the Frisco office on a whim because they were understaffed, forcing me in essence to make an appointment in Plano for my kid. I called within an hour and a half to tell them I’m going to a different doctor to which they said they would charge me a cancellation fee of $35. This office is incompetent and unethical.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We had to close Frisco today for staff training. Late cancellations are charged according to the policy that everyone signs. We don't like it either, but that appointment was wasted and could have served a sick patient. The doctor visits both locations on different days. Wish you the best.
They are NOT truly as “natural” as they mislead parents to believe. They kicked us out of their practice when my son was only 8 weeks old after we had concerns about seizures after vaccinations and wanted to hold off on receiving them until we felt more comfortable. Not only that, this doctor failed to disclose vital ingredients of certain vaccines that are completely against our religious beliefs. You’re better off going elsewhere to truly receive more hollisitc, natural-minded pediatric care for your children.

Our policy to not see patients who do not vaccinate is in our website..The vaccines are manufactured by companies whose ingredients are public, we cannot hide or change those. We don't kick anyone out, but we will not expose our vaccinated kids to those who don't. Wish you the best.
RecommendedI love coming here. I never have to wait long, the staff is always nice and respectful, and the doctors so kind and great with children. They also have a spacious waiting area with toys and books for the kids.
The doctor is amazing. Unfortunately, the front staff personnel always has a crappie attitude. She is rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. She don’t work well under pressure and she doesn’t know anything about customer service. She gives the entire Plano office a bad name. She is a white female, she’s on the heavy side, and she has black hair. If you can, make the drive to the Frisco location. You’ll enjoy them better!
