I wanted to share the great job Natural Nails in Chapel Hill North is doing under our current Covid conditions. I went to get a mani/pedi today and was happy to find the staff going above and beyond to keep customers safe. All employees are wearing masks (even when not working with clients) and they are ensuring customers do, too. Only been here twice but substantially better than any other place I’ve been too. I also really enjoy not smelling the acidic smell when you walk into most other salons.
They did a poor job on my pedicure. Won't be returning, going to Hillsborough or Durham where they take their time
AMAZING! Recommend over EVERY nail salon in the triangle area. They treated me so good and just made me feel and look so special and beautiful! HIGHLY recommend Crystal if you want a SUPERIOR pedicure and Kevin if you want beautiful nails !! THE BEST place I have ever been, hands down

I am very picky about my nails and service I get. I moved here a year ago and struggled to find a home for my nails! I’ve been coming here for months now and I LOVE it! I get my nails repaired weekly by Rhonda and I’m always greated by name when I call or walk in the door. Everyone here is nice and knows what they are doing! Mary and Rhonda make me come back! We went in to celebrate a girlfriends birthday. It was three of us. They were prompt,very kind and considerate. They took time to listen. I am a loyal customer to my nail tech,but I would consider changing it up. PS thanks Taco Bell, you rock!!
I started going to Natural Nails because if its close proximity to my place of work, but I kept coming back for the amazing quality of work and the customer service. You can't beat the prices for that high quality of work.
