I LOVE going here for manicures and pedicures. It’s always a delight. The staff do excellent quality work and are fun to talk with. Since the reopening from the pandemic, however, they have not implemented a mandatory mask policy so about half the people in there aren’t trying to protect others. I won’t be returning until there is a mandatory mask policy- my nails are not worth contracting a terrible illness or passing it on to others.
I love the staff a Natural Nails. They are friendly and caring. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years.
The best place in Peoria to get a manicure or a pedicure. The shop is always clean. The nail techs have loads of experience and do a fabulous job. I’ve been a customer for 4 years.
So happy with my gel manicure this morning! Love dark nails for fall 😃 Will definitely be back!

You should be put out of business for what you did tonight
Three of us went for pedicures because I had a gift certificate. We made appointments and were seated in the chairs. The other two that were with me were started and mine started about 8 minutes later. I was very disappointed in how rushed my pedicure was. I was finished a good 5 minutes before my friends. The staff stood and said you done. No offer of disposable flip flops, my friends were offered but not me. They have upgraded the facility and new chairs. Prices are decent. My friends and I called 3 days ahead and made appointments for 12 we got there at like 11:40 they didn’t even start till like 12:30 and one of my friends didn’t even get hers done till 1 people who walked in after us got there’s done first. They were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t do the job we paid for. My friends nails looks I did it, they were smudgy, crooked and they didn’t pay attention to the design she wanted. Definitely NEVER going back.
