This is a nail salon that really cares about the customer. I have only been here about 3 times and each time they made me feel great about spending my money here. Cody and Jenny are very kind. Cody is very professional and does an excellent job. I’m going to continue getting gel-x here. Would highly recommend to visit and get your nails done at this business.
I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS AND I HATE TO DO IT, but I think it’s important to share a poor experience :( I called ahead and was told to come at 8:00 PM. I arrived early at 7:45, was seated at 8:07, and left by 8:27. I came in for a relaxing gel pedicure after a long workday, but the service felt rushed and incomplete. The technician filed my nails so thin that one started bleeding when I went to remove a part of my nail that was hanging off. I love my nails!! So nice and natural. They prioritize cuticle care which is awesome
I hate having to write this, but this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The salon was understaffed, I had to wait even though I had an appointment, and then my nail tech was rushed and aggressive, and I was left bleeding after cuticle removal with uneven nails. After I expressed concerns, the polish was removed and I asked to leave (I tipped of course!) but the manager then berated me in front of others and insisted I couldn’t leave without paying for a painful, incomplete service.
