I hate having to write this, but this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The salon was understaffed, I had to wait even though I had an appointment, and then my nail tech was rushed and aggressive, and I was left bleeding after cuticle removal with uneven nails. After I expressed concerns, the polish was removed and I asked to leave (I tipped of course!) but the manager then berated me in front of others and insisted I couldn’t leave without paying for a painful, incomplete service. Jenny is so detailed with her pedicure! Love going here. I just wish they offered refreshments like wine and coffee especially for the prices.
Came here with my girl to get a Manicure and Pedicure for the both of us. The quality of service is outstanding! Even with the slight language disconnect. The lady that did my nails made sure that I was comfortable the entire time once she realized I normally don't get my nails done. My girl was also just in her zone walking me through the steps so nothing caught me off guard. If you're a dude looking to pamper yourself combo 1 with no polish is a solid pick.
My friend and I got our nails done for her birthday! She got French tip nails with custom jewels all over look how pretty they turned out! They can do any styles here and it always comes out perfectly :)
Very aggressive gel removal. Drilled my nail beds down to raw and they still hurt. Very painful. I had to file my own nails too cus she couldn’t follow the shape i asked for (square). I do not recommend this salon.
