I started working with Christa Ordonez of Natural Fit Therapy a year ago. I'm over 50 years old. I love this company because the exercises are very effective. I feel like my balance and shoulder have improved greatly since working with natural fit therapy. I have worked with several therapy companies, and this is by far the best company I’ve used. The therapist are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone needing balance work to this company.

Highly recommend Natural Fit Therapy! Recently, I experienced a prolonged period of dizziness. Standing, bending over, and really anything other than sitting made me dizzy to the point of vomiting. After my family physician recommended visiting a physical therapist to see if it was an inner ear issue, I visited the Natural Fit Therapy team! The therapy I received was effective and (finally) has me feeling normal again! I highly recommend them for your PT needs, and will never go to anyone else!
