So I recently made a purchase online and was charged twice on accident. The customer service was quick to respond to emails and refunded me immediately. The product arrived quickly but it was the wrong product, I ordered one paw and one snout soother but got two snouts instead. I was afraid they would ask me to ship it back and pay for shipping or not respond at all. But, they responded the next day via email and shipped my paw soother order out immediately. I had seen this company's ads on IG probably 1,000 times before I finally bought, but it was really because my boxer's nose was in such bad shape. It was so hard that it felt like a brick on there and I can't imagine it didn't bother her. There was like this nasty crust on the tip that was so hard, you'd have to touch it to believe it. I bought the 2oz balm of their snout soother less than a week ago and it was delivered to my house in just a couple days.
