Recently, I had a really unfortunate experience Natural Dentist Associates. It seems as though the office staff aren't properly trained on the office hours of the two locations and don't have the presence of mind to check before providing patients with incorrect information that patients rely on assuming they know what they are talking about. I’m a dentist and was blown away at my new patient appointment! Dr Baer, Kelsey and the whole staff were awesome! Extremely comprehensive, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I am thoroughly impressed!
I felt very welcomed at Natural Dentist Associates and was very impressed with their practice. I had my teeth cleaned and then films taken and then had time to speak with the dentist, Dr. Baer. I then had an appointment with their Myofunctional therapist to help improve my breathing habits through tongue and mouth exercises.
