NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL!

Natural Body Spa-BUCKHEAD-Best Spa In the Atl-2010 – Natural Body Spa In Buckhead is the only franchise for the company. It IS the best Wellness Spa In Georgia, hands down. I have had NUMEROUS great experiences at this location. I continously tell my friends about this establishment. worst pedicure in the south – this has to be the worst pedicure I've had. No massage to speak of. my feet were soaked for about 10 min. in a metal bowl of tepid water. I almost missed my massage it was so short. my 1 hr. pedicure lasted 35 minutes. I left with my feet oil soaked, slidding in my shoes (good thing I didn't slip and fall on the way to my car). Sorry, but this was not a good experience. The smell of the place and chair were nice. The nail techs were nice, but did not give my money's worth.
Good but inconsistent – I used to love it but they have become pretty inconsistent with the quality of their services. I suggest to give them a try, if you are lucky, you will get a good service!
perfect place for a massage – I was just dead tire for all my projects two weeks ago that I wanted a massage soo bad ! :-) Good thing we have natural body and spa around here in atlanta .. the staff were courteous and it was all worth it ! I was able to finally relax my muscle after the massage ...thanks for the staff !
Awesome way to spend the day – I loved every minute of my facial which lead way to an amazing pedicure!! You have to give them a try. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was excited to discover they carry bare minerals, my favorite!! The products used during my facial smelt amazing, the pedicure was in a private room with the most thorough massage I have ever received in a pedicure. My polish has really lasted! I will definately be back very soon.
One of the best – My husband and I were visiting the Atlanta area and looking for a spa. Of course I looked up Citysearch to find a spa. Natural Body had good reviews so we decided to give them a try. And we loved it! Michelle and Rebecca did our hot stone massages. We were both really pleased. Kat did my facial. She did a thorough job and recommended some good products for my skin.....good advice on overall skin care. Ashley did an excellent reflexology service for my husband. Glad To Rec This Place! – I had one of the best facials I have ever had here. I don't remember my facialists name. She was professional, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable. She actually added on a free brow wax because I think she felt sorry for me and my bushy brows. I will most definitely be back.
