I have been using their products With the red light therapy for several years and really like the warming mask and eye serum. Everyone in the shop is very nice and very professional. My skin looks add feels wonderful.
I agree the guy that is supposed to be a certified skin specialist will charm you but when it gets down to selling you products then the whole personality changes. I am not one to purchase products especially over one thousand dollars without doing my homework. They will bargain with you with freebies and discount products but once you refuse then the real personality comes out. I suggest stay away or you will walk away mad or your feelings hurt.
We usually stay away from the sample, however, this one time, we got suckered in because we were in a great mood, wish I would have read the reviews, but didn’t know there would be any. Needless to say, I agree with the person who stated the products are not the same as used in the store. When I caught on to the scam, and quickly got out…….they were extremely rude.
Extremely rude owner. I love local businesses but this place is run by a mean lunatic. The owner (who may also be delinquent on a large tax bill) was also unable to process simple logic and continued to yell and scream at an old lady who asked him a simple question. What a complete rip off joint when a senior citizen is verbally assaulted for a simple ask. STAY AWAY, DO NOT TAKE THE "free sample"
