Very disappointed, have stayed here in the past and been quite pleased. Last visit the tv reception was awful, restaurant closed, bathroom soap dispensers empty. There are numerous choices in the area to spend the night, we will check out one of those in the future.

absolutely not worth it, for the price you’re paying! this place is the equivalent of an unwiped ass: a motel would have been cleaner. i get it, nobody wants to visit new mexico (it sucks), and your staff is probably not used to cleaning on a consistent basis, but you should take pride in your business! I’m probably never going back to new mexico, because of this experience. i’m actually okay with that decision; but if i could spare one person from the mistake of staying here, i’d feel like i was doing my due diligence!

Was very excited to stay at what looked like an awesome lodge. But to my surprise was not all what the photos posted on there website was. First when we stayed in our room the air conditioning unit was way out dated and didn’t cool out room, we went to talk to a gentleman up front who said it will be fixed but it was not. Our tub was also clogged the water would build up while showering. My biggest frustration was when i asked if there was a microwave available to use and the gentleman upfront said no, but when we were check... read more

Easy and friendly check in. Pet friendly and clean rooms. We had the Pet Suite room 420...High Up! Great space with artistic pet themed design and walk out balcony (open fall for small pets).. Only complaint is outdated pool and hot tub that was not nearly hot enough for what my aching muscles needed. Cute bar and lounge area on bottom floor and excellent Mexican food next door at the pink place. Thanks Nativo Lodge.

I check in on Monday. Rooms were paid for and authorized by my corporation, hotel was given a credit card by staff at my work, went to check in, and the clerk stated rooms were not pre authorized though we had confirmations in our hands. Said they needed our personal cards to hold $50. for incidentals. Gave our cards sent to our rooms, my room across from the pool and next to laundry room which had something heavy in the dryer banging all night. Wake up Tuesday morning they are holding not $50. But $510.04 on my personal car... read more

First off the reception staff really do know how to book people in and make them and the experience seem so special. It really does mean so much as you travel around. The hotel is different in do many ways, our room on the 5th floor is decorated by a Native American artist and has a balcony with mountain views. A big WOW and again thank you to Mary on reception.
