This "renting agency" or scam agency actually, I would give you a thousand negative stars if I could...STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! first of all throughout the whole pandemic we managed to always pay our rent on time and as soon as our lease was up you decide to kick us out for no reason...okay that's the landlord's right in California under the no cause law...we moved out and left the house clean and with no major damage but now they sent me a bill for $1800 for cleaning and paint? They made our first time home renting-in a new town a horrible experience. They're very rude and are hard to reach.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Nationwide Realty is by far the worst company to go through for a rental property. My family and I use to be tenants for about 10 years. We thought we would receive the same service as homeowners.. Nationwide Realty started managing our property in 2015 everything was going great until we requested for them to serve the tenants in our property a 60 day notice in October 2020. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this so called property management company. First in line on a property ( we knew it was available before listed) but they didn’t select us. They said we were prequalified but never called us back on any other rental. Then they ran our credit before they even charged us. Then the idiots didn’t even take the money, it expired on zelle :) Seriously they waste your time.
