Highly recomend Brian and his excellent staff. – Brian and his staff are amazing! We have been a customer since 1998 and have always received quick and excellent service. When we were hit by the tornado, 4/27/11, Brian was quick to come to my house and deliver a check to get us started moving and finding a place to stay. RE: Bad experience with Nationwide – techengr may have had a bad experience with Nationwide. My guess is he had at least a little to do with it. Techengr does not mention Brian or the Lambert Agency in his complaint. That's good. I have known Brian for over twenty years. We are friends and I buy insurance from him. He is as good a friend as you will find. Those who do business with him learn that he pays attention to the details and treats people the way people should be treated. The Lambert Agency is amazing – I have been a customer of The Lambert Agency and its products and services for many years now. Brian and his staff are always courteous, professional and available for me at virtually anytime of the day or night (in some cases). When my truck that I depend on for my livelihood was totalled in a crash it took just one call to Brian and faster than I imagined possible I was on my way again. Nationwide is NOT on your side – I was a customer for over 15 years. Never filed a claim. Was late on a few payments but kept up to date until this year when times got tough. I was late on one payment in January and sent the payment in March but it was never processed. I was told that my policy would not be reinstated because my payment in April was not enough to reinstate (because unbeknownst to me, the March payment wasn't received) After 15+ years of reliable payment!! We share in your frustration. The problem was your policy had been canceled so long it could not be reinstated and needed to be rewritten. When we attempted to rewrite the policy your business classification had changed from ?pager and cell phone sales? to ?technology services?. Your business had changed over the 15 years and was now in a category Nationwide does not insure. I hope this helps you understand why Nationwide was unable to offer you a new policy.
