We saw Dr. Elmaraghy today. We loved him. So friendly,kind,and great to explain everything. Good at listening and he instantly hit it off with our son because he plays soccer and the doctor played for Ohio State. He gave my son a bag of goodies from Ohio State. He was delighted to say the least. The nurses also were excellent. We have already had our other son's tonsils out through a different facility and doctor and it didn't even come close to the quality of care we got today.
We love the doctors and staff there when we’ve gone for in office visits. However, we have been trying for a month and a half at this point to get the office to do their part in getting our sons their prior authorization for surgery. They continue to tell us to call their pre-cert department even though the pre cert department has told us and even called and left voicemails with their office that say the office must do the prior authorization for surgery themselves because of the insurance we have.
