just another sleazy business using robo calling at 6PM on a Saturday. Don't deserve to be i business.
We just closed on a refi, and wanted to share our experience with NVS. Our house was purchased at 371k almost three years ago. Our appraisal came back at 370k. Our house is in one of the hottest new construction markets in the Midwest, but appraisal stated declining home sales. They lowered our square footage from the blue print and county assessor values, which resulted in a $10000 reduction right there. Scheduled an online appointment on Friday for the weekend. Did not hear from appraiser until I reached out to my lender on Wednesday. Appraiser called Thursday and was reluctant to come on either of the weekend times that I requested. He asked for a "normal" day. We agreed on Monday. He was not from the area so I provided a survey, neighborhood highlights, and recent comps. He was in and around my property for a total of 10 minutes. His report contained comps from over 8 months ago and appraised for 403k. I believe the house... read more
I would not give one star. Multiple problems, Adrian Cirjan inspection took 9 days to complete after home visit, with 2x calls to please hurry up. Later was promised a call back, did not happen and I had to call to follow up. Asked for a managers phone number or email to resolve differences, was not contacted back or given managers contact info. Overall a terrible experience with little communication and zero follow thru.
