Had a water hammer problem. Tech determined cause very quickly, had replacement part on the truck and made repair in just over an hour. Very happy.

National Water Service has been my go to for all of my clean water needs for over 5 years now. Extremely respectful and friendly staff and technicians. My most recent service was yesterday 11/11/19, and I can't talk enough about how great these guys are. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of clean water services.

We've used National Water Service since we bought our house in 2017, when our realtor recommended them to us. We've only used them for ALL our water needs (with our foreclosure, it was quite a bit - water testing, holding tank, annual service, water softener install, and more), and have never had any issue. Great, friendly customer service, timely, competitively priced, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician notified us when he was arriving by phone and my email. He was on time. He identified the problem with the odor of the water quickly and resolved the hardness by repairing the intact at the tank promptly. He was friendly and efficient.

You guys are absolutely fantastic. Excellent service all the way around. Barbara in the office who took my calls and got us scheduled for the next day. James and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name) who came to my house were on time, had everything they needed on the truck, they were polite, clean, explained everything they were doing. And when they were done, my system is working again. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need help.
