Nick is the best! He not only fixed our problem but carefully explained what had happened, why and made sure that everything was working and in good shape to prevent future problems! National Water also made sure to get Nick out first thing Monday morning since we lost water on Sunday. Thank you to all! (and he and his helper were Covid conscious and in a mask)
We had a well emergency and called National Water Service. The guys showed up ready to work. Professional and very polite. The crew( Nick, Pete, Dave, Joe) were awesome! Found out we had a bad pump, replaced it and cleaned up. Worked over time to make sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend them! Will use them again!

We always go to National Water Service for getting our well serviced. We moved into a house with a well for the first time three years ago. I’m so glad we found National Water Service. They taught us so much about owning a home with a well. We always feel like they’re teaching us and not just selling us something. Highly recommend!
